Robert L. Barton
Robert L. Barton, 79, of Butler passed away March 22, 2017, at the Sunnyview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
He was born July 3, 1937, in Butler, to the late Paul Barton and Elva Raabe Barton.
Robert worked as a technician for AT&T for several years. He enjoyed model trains, computers and loved reading. Robert was Baptist.
He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Patricia Heathcote Barton, whom he married Dec. 28, 1956; two sons, Brian Barton of Butler and Mark Barton of Mesa, Ariz.; two daughters, Judith Barton of Butler and Leanne Carrington and her husband, Charles, of South Carolina; three grandchildren, Eric Feldbauer, Anne Feldbauer and McKenna Dodson; two great-grandchildren, Elijah Feldbauer and Madison Feldbauer; and one nephew, Steven Barton.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Richard Barton.
