Jeanne B. Dailey

Jeanne B. Dailey, 80, of Cranberry Township, passed away Thursday at UPMC Passavant Hospital.

Born Sept. 13, 1937, in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of the late James Johnston and Edna Belle Johnston.

Jeanne worked as an administrative assistant for the Society of Automotive Engineers for 30 years. She loved to shop and have lunch with her girlfriends. Above all, she cherished the time she spent with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She will be dearly missed and fondly remembered.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her husband, W. Denton Dailey, whom she married Oct. 13, 1956; her son, Denton J. Dailey of Butler; her brother, Richard Johnston and his wife, Arlene, of Ross Township; her grandchildren, Thomas Fletcher, Susan Harlan and Wayne Dailey; and her great-grandchildren, Jack, Luke and Elizabeth Harlan.

In addition to her parents, Jeanne was preceded in death by her daughter, Terri Lynn Fletcher, who died in 2013.

DAILEY — Friends of Jeanne B. Dailey, who died Thursday, May 24, 2018, will be received from 5 to 8 p.m. Fridayat the Boylan-Glenn-Kildoo Funeral Home, 130 Wisconsin Ave., Cranberry Township.A funeral ceremony will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home with Pastor Reid Moon officiating.Jeanne will be laid to rest at the Pinewood Memorial Gardens.Expressions of sympathy may be shared with the family at www.boylanfuneralservices.com.
