Arthur “Art” W. Haser, 83, of Karns City met his Lord on Tuesday in the VNA Inpatient Hospice unit in Butler.

Art was born on May 27, 1935, and was a son of the late Arthur H. and Josephine (Helbling) Haser.

Art was the former owner and operator of Art's Gift Shop on Main Street in Butler.

He enjoyed working outside and especially riding his motorcycle.

He was a member of St. Paul Roman Catholic Parish in Butler.

He was a beloved cousin to many and a good friend to a lot of very special people. The family wishes to express gratitude to his caregiver, Bert Simpson.

HASER — Per his request, visitation and services will be private for Arthur “Art” W. Haser, who died Tuesday, Dec. 18, 2018.A memorial Mass will be held at St. Paul Roman Catholic Church at a later date.Private burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Sharpsburg.Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Thompson-Miller Funeral Home, 124 E.
