The family of Jim Vodenichar, who died Sunday, Dec. 16, 2018, will be holding an open house reception from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 2, 2019, at the Slippery Rock Township building, 155 Branchton Road, Slippery Rock.

Jim did not want a traditional funeral service. He didn’t want his last act to make others sad. Instead, he asked that we enjoy him and his life in celebration.

His family is inviting anyone who wishes to share a story or a warm memory to come share it with us as we celebrate his life with those he touched. Light snacks and refreshments will be provided.
