Internet provider Brightspeed is set to enter a new yearlong partnership with the Jean B. Purvis Community Health Center in Butler to help with its ongoing efforts to connect residents with essential services.

The center provides affordable care to individuals and families across the region, helping to address gaps that can exist in rural areas.

By partnering with Brightspeed, the center aims to further improve the issue of limited connectivity creating barriers to care, including access to telehealth and health education.

As part of the partnership, Brightspeed will support several community events throughout the year that help fund the health center’s programs and services.
