In memory of Shirley Ann Smith

December 2, 1982 - September 7, 2006

Another year has gone by. It doesn't seem possible that you have been gone for two years. Within the past year a niece and a nephew have been added to your list! There has also been a closure of your case in our county courts. However, closure will never come to our hearts. There is no price tag to losing such a wonderful person. Everyday that goes by seems as though this tragedy has just happened. It is still so fresh in all of our minds, and will never leave us. It has changed the direction of everyone's life involved. It is a lesson learned for some, but a horrible thing for our family to go through. I wish so many times that you were still here with us and none of this ever happened. I feel so bad for Alexandra, Madison, Rylee, and Beau because they won't get a chance to be with you. They will get to see all of the beautiful pictures of you though! You are forever missed and in our hearts every day!
