In Loving Memory

Dedicated to the memory of my mom, Patricia Plaisted, who passed into eternity on Thanksgiving Day, 2002.

Father God, I want to give you thanks for the blessing of my mother. She gave us love, security and comfort. She taught us how to care for our families. Celebrations were made so enjoyable because of her. Mom encouraged our cooking and art skills by sharing her own talents with us. One of her greatest lessons to me was how to endure through trials and die with grace, holding on to the hand of her Savior for strength.

So on this Thanksgiving Day, we are a thankful family to have loved and been loved by such a woman.
