In loving memory of our beloved daughter and sister, Chris Doerr, who passed away one year ago today, October 14, 2008.

Somewhere in this vast world,

Is someone once loved.

Someone really never erased from the heart and mind.

Although gone from sight and touch,

Lives on in a song, a place, and our memories.

We feel her presence, as the soft breeze passes across our cheeks.

We smell her in the fragrance of flowers in the field.

We hear her speak to us, in the gentleness of a song.

So as long as the breeze blows,

The flowers bloom,

And songs are sung,

She will always be with us.
