Aaron E. Janssens

In loving memory of my son Aaron E. Janssens

1981 - 2009.

Eight months have gone by since you passed on and went Home

What really happened, will we ever know?

I couldn't write my feelings, I don't know why, all I do is sit here and cry.

I keep asking myself why anyone would sit back and watch someone die?

What really happened, will we ever know?

Your little girl you will never see grow.

Your beautiful blue eyes and such a great smile, you left us your girl, what a beautiful child.

I think of you often, sometimes most of the day when your little brother and sister ask about you.

I don't know what to say.

The times for you were hard, I know this is true.

I was trying tough love,

There was nothing else I could do.

If only I knew the depth of your pain,

Things could have been different, something could have been gained.

You longed for your daughter, to hear her voice, to hug her, to hold her and share your new choice.

You were taken too soon, the pain is now ours,

The pain is so deep I cannot describe.

I love you, I miss you, I miss those blue eyes.

I ask the Lord, just what do I do?

I can't hug you or hold you, my wish won't come true.

I'm walking around in such a terrible daze

I keep telling myself I must get through the day.

I must feel the pain and try to move on,

I just can't accept that you really are gone.

I dream of you often remembering the days when we went on vacations, or stayed home, talked and played.

The twins keep me going, we rush through the day,

The Lord helps me through it, He's the only way.

With His help and His love I know I'll be fine but for now I can only sit down and cry,

Rest in peace my Son, your pain is now gone.

Look down on us often, your memory lives on.
