Wow . . . it's been three years since that tragic day when you went hunting and God took you away.

So many thoughts still run through our heads so much more we wish was said.

Your grandkids still talk about you and the fun stuff with them you would do.

Shawn took your crossbow hunting to try your luck and sure enough came home with a buck.

How we wish you could have been there then to hear his hunting story, (and just like you) the tales never ends.

He is so proud to be your grandson for your genes he's got, he can make any day fun.

But as for the rest of us, it's your picture we have in a frame the stories of you we tell with no shame.

It was so easy to talk to you the questions we had, the answers you knew.

Without you it's still hard but our days go on and times will change but our struggles without you will remain the same.
