Eric Dunn scored Dan Penberthy in the ninth inning to help Freeport to a 4-3 victory over Legacy in Butler Eagle County baseball action on Friday.

Penberthy assured the game would go to extra innings with a two-out, two-RBI double in the seventh to tie the game at 3-3.

Bryan Rayburg picked up the win on the mound for Freeport, striking out two in one inning of work.

Freeport will face Mars II on Monday.
