Helen B. DeHass
Helen B. DeHass, 88, of Zelienople passed away Saturday while under the care of the Passavant Retirement Community.
She was born Feb. 20, 1925, and was the daughter of the late Steven and Mary (Peksza) Lukes.
She was a Catholic.
Helen was a loyal member of the St. Gregory Catholic Church in Zelienople.
Above all, she was a loving mother and grandmother.
She is survived by her two daughters, Kim A. Rutledge and her husband, Mark Beatty, of Bellevue, Pa., and Debra S. Mitchell and her husband, Mark, of Telford, Pa. Her two granddaughters, Courtney and Jennifer, also survive.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert D. DeHass, who passed away in 1985; four brothers, and two sisters.
DEHASS — The family of Helen B. DeHass, who passed away Saturday, May 11, 2013, will welcome friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the Boylan Funeral Home, 324 E. Grandview Ave., Zelienople.Additional visitation will be at 10 a.m. until the time of a blessing service at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home with Father Lawrence R. Smith as celebrant.
