Judge to hear Occupy Pgh. case
PITTSBURGH — A judge in Pittsburgh is scheduled to hear a request by Bank of New York Mellon for a court order to make Occupy Pittsburgh protesters leave a bank-owned park downtown.
BNY Mellon filed a lawsuit and companion request for a preliminary injunction last month in Allegheny County Common Pleas Court.
