Funeral services have been scheduled for Terry L. Collins, of Butler, who passed away on Nov. 15, 2020.
A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 3, at Saint Mary of the Assumption Roman Catholic Church, 821 Herman Road, Herman.
Face masks are required, and social distancing will be maintained.
