John Phillip Brey
John Phillip Brey, 86, of Zelienople passed away Monday, Dec. 7, 2020, while under the care of Creek Meadows.
Born Nov. 19, 1934, in Fayette County, he was the son of the late John W. and Martha Brey.
John proudly served our country from 1952 to 1956 in the U.S. Air Force, working on ground flight control.
He graduated from California State College in 1965, and went on to teach fourth grade in Saltlick Township for two years. He then went to work at a state school for the mentally handicapped.
John was loved to the very end of his life by his generous and kind caregiver, Denise Herbe.
A special thank you is offered to the Creek Meadows staff, for the above and beyond care they gave to John in his last years.
BREY — Funeral arrangements for John Phillip Brey, who died Monday, Dec. 7, 2020, were entrusted to Boylan Funeral Home, 324 E.
