CELEBRATING HER 4TH BIRTHDAY Saturday was Abbey Jewart, daughter of Heather and Michael Jewart of Concord Township.Veterans groups that have Memorial Day ceremonies in cemeteries may get U.S. flags at the county veterans services office from 2 to 4 p.m. Friday and from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. May 14.
