Mary Zang
Mary Zang, 98, of Butler passed away Wednesday at the Sunnyview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
Born Feb. 13, 1914, in Michigan City, Ind., she was the daughter of the late Dimitry and Helen (Kusik) Katsko.
She worked as a custodian for Butler Memorial Hospital. She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary VFW 249. Mary loved crafting, flowers and gardening.
Surviving are her loving children, William (Pearl) Katsko of Fenelton, Ellis (Alice) Zang of Fenelton, Sandra (Richard) Baldwin of Warren, Ohio, and Bonnie (John) Grossman of Slippery Rock; eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and her sister, Marian Noyes of Coraopolis.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ellis Zang; two brothers; and one sister.
