Five Allegheny Health Network hospitals have earned the highest possible “A” grades in The Leapfrog Group’s Spring 2026 Hospital Safety Grades for excellence in patient safety and quality care.

In Leapfrog’s most recent report, AHN’s Wexford, Allegheny Valley, Canonsburg, Jefferson and West Penn Hospitals all received “A” grades, placing them among the top-performing hospitals in the country when it comes to protecting patients from harm.

The Leapfrog Group is a national nonprofit organization that aims to improve patient awareness of healthcare quality and safety.
