Mario L. Petrigni Jr., 53, of Butler passed away Saturday at his home.

He was born in Butler Dec. 12, 1956, son of the late Mario L. "Slug" and Leda M. Pasquinelli Petrigni Sr.

He was a graduate of Butler High School, Class of 1975.

Mario was a member of St. Michael the Archangel Roman Catholic Church.

He enjoyed reading, cooking and collecting coins.

He is survived by one sister, Sallie Kudamik and her husband, Timothy, of Butler, and by a number of aunts, uncles and cousins.

<B>PETRIGNI</B> — There is no public visitation. A Mass of Christian burial for Mario L. Petrigni Jr., who died Saturday, Aug. 28, 2010, will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Thursday at St. Michael the Archangel Roman Catholic Church with the Rev. James Dolan, pastor, officiating.
