Meridian nips SR, 3-2
Jesse Savisky tossed a complete game, striking out 10, as Meridian toppled Slippery Rock 3-2 in Butler County legion action Thursday.
Savisky also had two hits, including a double, and drove in a run for Meridian.
Jake Campbell had a triple and Robert Stamm had two RBI for Meridian.
