CHILLICOTHE, Ohio — The Slippery Rock Sliders had a six-game win streak snapped Sunday after a 3-0 loss to the Chillicothe Paints.

The Sliders (15-15) managed only four hits and finished fourth in the Prospect League East Division first-half standings.

Tyler Wilson, Jake Eikelberry and Travis Clark held the Paints to only three hits, but a three-run fourth inning proved to be the difference.

The Sliders host Lorain County on Tuesday at Jack Critchfield Park. First pitch is slated for 7:05 p.m.
