Woman charged with trespass in Adams Township

A 28-year-old woman is charged with trespass after police said she entered an Adams Township home.

Hannah Alexis Cunningham was charged Thursday, April 30, by Adams Township police with one felony count each of burglary and criminal trespass, and one misdemeanor count each of theft and loitering, following an incident Thursday.

Police were dispatched to a residence on Heaven Lane for a reported burglary. The property owner of the empty, for-sale home had seen a woman on the Ring doorbell camera, police said.

Police found a vehicle in the garage and Cunningham inside the home. Police said she had used the bathtub and took sales brochures from the home.

An officer recognized the vehicle in the garage as being involved in a different incident the previous day at another for-sale home on Blackstone Lane. She was charged in that incident with two summary trespass counts.

Cunningham’s preliminary hearing on the criminal charges is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. May 13 before District Judge Amy Marcinkiewicz. She’s being held in Butler County Prison on $7,500 bail.
