William I. Buerkle
William I. Buerkle, 63, of Myrtle Beach, S.C., formerly of Butler, passed away June 4 in Myrtle Beach due to a heart attack.
He was born March 16, 1951, in Ellwood City Hospital, Ellwood City, to the late John Buerkle and Alice Cook Buerkle.
William was a graduate of Seneca Valley High School in Harmony. He worked for Lava Crucible in Zelienople, and was a member of St. Matthias Catholic Church in Evans City.
He is survived by his son, Brian (Pam) Buerkle of Worthington; his daughter, Sherri (Ken) Daniels of Butler; his brothers, John (Lorraine) Buerkle of Conway, and David (Debbie) Buerkle of Evans City; his sisters, Doris Reighert of New Wilmington, Emily (Ray) Delfosse of Evans City, and Edna (Kirby) Broad of Slippery Rock; his 10 grandchildren; and his one great-grandchild.
Buerkle— The friends and family of William I. Buerkle, who passed away Wednesday, June 4, 2014, are invited to a memorial picnic at 2 p.m. June 29 at Mt. Chestnut Presbyterian Church, Butler.
