A May 28, 2005 wedding is being planned by Tina Black of Arlington, Va., formerly of Sandy Lake and Ken Steffy, also of Arlington, formerly of Indiana.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Rich and Sue Black of Sandy Lake. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Nancy Steffy of Indiana and the late Alan Steffy.

The bride graduated in 1999 from Lakeview High School and is pursuing a bachelor of arts degree in economics at Indiana (Pa.) University. She works for the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission in Arlington.

Her fiancé is a 1999 graduate of Indiana High School and is pursuing a bachelor of science degree in accounting at Indiana (Pa.) University. He works for the Army Audit Agency in Arlington.
