In loving memory of our beloved dad and husband, Donald R. Keefer, who passed away two years ago today, February 9, 2008.

Thank you dad — for all that you have done, you took great care of your daughters and the ones you loved, you loved us all from the very start, with your warm, kind and loving heart.

Thank you dad, for being strong, while trying to teach us right from wrong. If anytime we had a problem you were there to help us solve them. You'd lift us up when we were feeling blue.

Thank you dad for we could always count on you. You were such an awesome dad and husband. The love you showed was like no other.

Thank you dad — for your dear, sweet love. Now you'll watch over us from Heaven above. Anyone could be a father, but it takes a special person to be a dad.

We will try not to grieve for you because you're following the path God laid for you.

You took his hand when you heard him call. You turned to rest and left it all. You could not stay another day to laugh, to love, to work or play.

Your passing has left a void so fill it with remembered joy.

A friendship shared, a laugh, a kiss and yes these things you too will miss. Your life was full, you savored much. Good friends, daughters, wife, good times, a loved ones touch.

Perhaps your time seemed all too brief, don't lengthen it now with undue grief. Lift up your heart and share with me, God wanted you Home to set you free.
