To my Godson and Nephew Robert William Foulk on his 24th birthday.

There will be no cake with candles, to celebrate your birthday this year.

Just memories of times gone past and with each memory bringing more tears.

I miss your smile and your silly ways, the way your nose would crinkle when you laughed.

No one could have really known, Robbie, how little time with you we would have.

So when your birthday comes this year and I sing to you all alone,

I will sing it while I continue to pray, standing there at your gravestone.
