It’s Father’s Day, and we had to pay this tribute you, Dad. Our hearts ache and tears flow, but we thank God that you’re our dad and always will be. You are the best dad in the world, and the memories we shared together fill up our minds and hearts. Those years together are such a gift to us, and we thank you for being the father that you always were when you were here with us. You were a family man, and we knew just how much you loved us each and everyday. The gifts you gave us surround us still, and we realize the sacrifices you and Mom made to give us everything we thought we needed. Even as we grew older, you never stopped providing for us if we needed something; whether that be a furnace or roof repair or a McDonald’s coffee and a father/daughter talk. We hear you and dream of you. But most of all, we miss you and love you with all of our hearts. Our hearts will always long to see you again.
