My dear son,
I can't believe it has been seven years since you went home to be with Jesus and Dad. Nothing has been the same, Our family was so close. Our dinners at home were such a blessing. I have such beautiful memories of the birthday parties, weddings, and new babies coming. The trips out to Grandpap and Grandma Pensy's farm every Sunday with the uncles, aunts, friends, music, and fun will be cherished always. You were such a big part of your family. You were so loved by everyone who knew you. You carried your cross so bravely and touched so many lives. Taking care of you was never a burden. We joked around and time went fast. You were always my little boy even though you were 47 years old. You were wise beyond your years. After your many surgeries I would sit by your bed and hold your hand. Even though you were hurting, you didn't complain; you knew I was hurting too. Dad was so good to you too. I was so glad I had you for five years after Dad went to heaven. I know you two are praying for us up there. You loved God and your faith brought us all through. There is no doubt that we had an earth angel, and of course you are a special one up there. Give everyone our love, and Dad a big kiss. We miss you, but you are with us all the time. Every year we get closer to being together; what a reunion that will be! I know you have pull with Jesus. You are dearly loved!
