who passed away one year ago on October 20, 2012.

It is incomprehensible that an entire year has gone by since I have heard your laugh, looked into your blue eyes, or felt your warmth and love.

I would give all that I have to bring you back to us. Your son misses you terribly, constantly wanting to show you a new toy he got or a picture he made at school.

Your absence is such a profound loss in his life; in both of our lives. Missing my husband, my love, my best friend, is excruciating.

Our time together was cut dramatically short, but even a thousand years would not have been enough time with you. I love you Jethro, I always have and always will.
