Paul Barbish
Paul Barbish, 86, passed away peacefully at 9:50 p.m. Friday at Transitions Healthcare Autumn Grove, Harrisville, where he lived for the past four years. He was previously of Butler, Oakmont and Verona.
Born July 1, 1931, in Culmerville, Pa., he was the son of the late Anton and Mary Tomsic Barbish.
Mr. Barbish was a Christian.
He was a kind and caring brother and uncle, and he was always a gentleman. Throughout his life, he enjoyed spending time with family. He also enjoyed baseball and was a good baseball player in his youth.
Mr. Barbish is survived by his sister, Phyllis M. Barbish of Ann Arbor, Mich.; his brother, Alan Barbish of Canton, Ohio; numerous nieces and nephews; and a number of grandnieces and grandnephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Lillian Barbish; and two brothers, Phillip Barbish and Anthony Barbish.
BARBISH — Per the wishes of Paul Barbish, who died Friday, July 28, 2017, there will be no visitation or funeral services.
Private burial will be at the Deer Creek Cemetery, Cheswick, Allegheny County.
Arrangements are being handled by the Thompson-Miller Funeral Home, 124 E. North St., Butler.
