BUTLER TWP — Butler County Community College will host its annual Light Up Night in celebration of the winter solstice from 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the main campus.

The community is invited to celebrate the season by taking a ride through BC3's luminary-lit campus. Visitors will view the lighted trees and listen to seasonal music while enjoying free hot drinks and cookies. There will also be crafts, games and other activities for children in Founders Hall along with a visit from Santa Claus at 6 p.m.

Light-up night is free and is sponsored by Phi Theta Kappa, BC3's honor society.
