Police reports as of April 1
The following items have been collected from various police departments and district courts:
March 17 — Jashaun Camron Williams, 19, of Youngstown, Ohio, was charged with felony possession with intent to deliver controlled substances following a Feb. 12 traffic stop. Police said Williams had a bag of suspected crack cocaine.
March 18 — Thomas Julio Cipolla Jr., 43, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a March 17 incident. Police said Cipolla showed signs of impairment.
March 19 — Elizabeth Ann Stevenson, 40, of Gibsonia, was charged with one felony count each of retail theft and criminal conspiracy and one misdemeanor count each of controlled substance possession and drug paraphernalia possession following a March 18 incident. Police said Stevenson had two stamp bags of suspected heroin, a plastic straw and foil with residue and stole $184.86 in merchandise from Walmart.
March 19 — Titus Isaiah Wright, 33, of Butler, was charged with one felony count each of retail theft and criminal conspiracy and misdemeanor evading arrest following a March 18 incident. Police said Wright ran from police and stole $222.77 in merchandise from Walmart.
March 19 — Ashley Lynn Berry, 39, of Butler, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of retail theft and possession of an instrument of a crime following a March 14 traffic stop. Police said Berry stole $649.99 in merchandise from Dick’s Sporting Goods.
March 19 — Elizabeth J. Montgomery, 51, of Rimersburg, was charged with misdemeanor retail theft following a March 7 incident. Police said Montgomery stole $596.48 in merchandise from Target.
March 19 — Tashawa Lynn Francis, 33, of Chicora, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of controlled substance possession and drug paraphernalia possession following a Nov. 7 incident. Police said Francis had two syringes, two bongs and three bricks and several stamp bags of suspected heroin.
March 19 — Joseph Aaron Lockman, 38, of Evans City, was charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct following a March 17 incident. Police said Lockman was creating a disturbance.
March 17 — Britani Taylor Carson, 29, of Beaver Falls, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a March 7 crash. Police said Carson had a blood alcohol content of 0.184%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
March 17 — Luke Anthony Emmerling, 21, of New Kensington, was charged with misdemeanor fleeing police following a March 7 incident. Police said Emmerling fled a traffic stop.
March 17 — Keenan Curry, 23, of Harrisburg, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a March 1 traffic stop. Police said Curry had a blood alcohol content of 0.157%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
March 17 — Abigail Marie Snyder, 19, of New Alexandria, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of marijuana possession and drug paraphernalia possession following a March 14 incident. Police said Snyder had two THC oil cartridges and a vape battery.
