State Rep. Bernstine to host firearm law seminar
State Rep. Aaron Bernstine, R-8th, will host a seminar on firearm ownership and concealed carry laws from 5:30 to 7 p.m. April 15.
The event, which will be held at the Unionville Volunteer Fire Company, 102 Mahood Road, Center Township, aims to give residents a clearer understanding of state concealed carry laws, use-of-force standards and other legal responsibilities of firearm ownership.
Butler County Sheriff Mike Slupe will lead the discussion and offer guidance on laws, safe handling practices and the Castle Doctrine. Attendees will also be able to ask questions and get clarification on gun regulations.
