Highlights and updates from the past few weeks:

Butler graduate and Westminster College freshman Aubrey Rock was listed as an All-Mid-Atlantic Region indoor track honoree by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association.

Rock had the top mark in the Mid-Atlantic this season, clearing a personal-best 12-9.50. She earned All-American plaudits at the NCAA Division III championships Friday.

Slippery Rock University junior defender Paige Jenkins was named the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference Western Division Women’s Lacrosse Defensive Athlete of the Week on Tuesday.

The Rock allowed just seven goals in two games, while Jenkins forced two turnovers, picked up six draw controls and scooped three ground balls in a 22-3 win over Wheeling.

Jenkins caused four turnovers, grabbed four ground balls and had two draw controls in a 9-4 road win over Lander.
