Police reports as of March 16

The following items have been collected from various police departments and district courts:

Adams Twp

March 5 — Shannon Rose Mignogna, 32, of Pitcairn, was charged with misdemeanor trespass following a Feb. 27 incident. Police said Mignogna was in an area she had been told to leave.

March 7 — Farhad Abbasov, 43, of Pittsburgh, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault following a March 7 incident. Police said Abbasov pushed a woman to the ground.

Butler

March 5 — Resean Jamar Graham, 20, of Youngstown, Ohio, was charged with felony possession with intent to deliver controlled substances and misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession following a March 5 traffic stop. Police said Graham had about eight grams of suspected crack cocaine, $236 and multiple cellphones.

March 8 — Donald Edward Grantz Jr., 36, of Butler, was charged with one felony count each of aggravated assault and strangulation following a March 8 incident. Police said Grantz slammed a woman to the ground, jumped on her back and strangled her.

Cranberry Twp

March 8 — Oscar Cosme Jr., 46, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of criminal mischief and disorderly conduct following a March 8 incident. Police said Cosme punched a glass picture frame and yelled inside a hotel.

Slippery Rock University

March 9 — Janelle A. Zawodny, 20, of Slippery Rock, was charged with three misdemeanor DUI counts following a Feb. 21 traffic stop. Police said Zawodny had a blood alcohol content of 0.141%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

State police, Butler

March 9 — Peter William McGlashan, 26, of Slippery Rock, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault following a Feb. 19 incident. Police said McGlashan put a man in a headlock and punched him multiple times in the head.

March 9 — Elijah Dudiak Pellaton, 22, of Cannonsburg, was charged with misdemeanor theft following an Aug. 20, 2024, incident. Police said Dudiak Pellaton stole an Xbox gaming console.

March 9 — Javier Elias Martinez Morales, 35, of Cleveland, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of drug paraphernalia possession and marijuana possession following a Jan. 4 traffic stop in Franklin Township. Police said Martinez Morales had marijuana and related paraphernalia.

March 9 — Terrance Lamar Simms Jr., 24, of Youngstown, Ohio, was charged with four misdemeanor DUI counts and one misdemeanor count each of false identification to law enforcement and marijuana possession following a Feb. 14 incident. Police said Simms tested positive for THC, provided a false name and had marijuana.

State police, Mercer

March 5 — Ashlyn Marie Vlassich, 39, of Youngstown, Ohio, was charged with two misdemeanor counts of tampering with evidence and one misdemeanor count each of controlled substance possession, drug paraphernalia possession and resisting arrest following a March 24, 2025, traffic stop in Butler. Police said Vlassich attempted to discard two pieces of evidence, had cocaine and a glass smoking pipe and resisted being searched.

March 5 — David Martin Lesney, 39, of Butler, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of controlled substance possession and drug paraphernalia possession following a March 24, 2025, traffic stop in Butler. Police said Lesney had cocaine and a container with white drug residue.

March 5 — Steven Allen Charles Vlassich, 38, of New Castle, was charged with misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession following a March 24, 2025, traffic stop in Butler. Police said Vlassich had a glass smoking pipe.

March 5 — Natalie Faye Griffin, 33, of Beaver Falls, was charged with misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession following a March 24, 2025, traffic stop in Butler. Police said Griffin had a glass smoking pipe.
