Regis C. Porter, 72, of Zelienople died Thursday with his wife by his side.

Born Aug. 14, 1937, in West View, he was the son of Regis C. and Camille (Chaney) Porter.

Mr. Porter was an avid hunter and a loving family man.

He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Lois J. Porter; three daughters, Lisa Finigan (Tom) of Harmony, Marcy Miller (Jeff) of Zelienople and Camille DeBiasio (Mark) of Warren, Pa.; and two sisters, Camille Byrnes of Virginia and Mary Ann Simile of Ingram. Also surviving are eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Madeline Park.
