Cleveland-Cliffs appoints new director

Steel producer Cleveland-Cliffs has appointed a new lead independent director of the company’s board of directors.
Ralph Michael will fill the role effective immediately following the resignation of Douglas Taylor.
In addition, Cleveland-Cliffs named Edilson Camara as chairman of the compensation and organization committee of the board of directors.
