Sen. Elder Vogel Jr., R-47th, will host an elder scams and prevention seminar at 11 a.m. March 9 at the Cranberry Township Senior Center, 2525 Rochester Road.

The free event is being held in partnership with the state attorney general’s office. Representatives from the office will discuss fraud and scam prevention, along with warning signs of nursing home abuse.

The seminar is open to the public. Reservations are encouraged but not required. Those with questions may contact Vogel’s Rochester district office at 724-774-0444.
