S.R. Snodgrass, a full-service accounting and consulting firm in Cranberry Township, has promoted Lenore Seifer to chief operating officer and Jeremy S. Burris to chief technology officer.

Seifer has been with the firm for more than 20 years, most recently serving as human resources director.

She will serve as the firm’s COO by the end of 2026, where she will be responsible for all day-to-day operations of the firm.

Also with the firm for more than two decades, Burris most recently served as principal and director of information technology.

He will continue to oversee the firm’s information technology services in his new role, leading the development, implementation and scaling of technology solutions that support the firm’s business goals.
