PennDOT survey seeks input from drivers on traffic safety
Butler County residents can contribute to an online survey seeking input on how the state can improve traffic safety and continue to decrease the amount of traffic fatalities.
The survey, from the state Department of Transportation, is available until the end of February at pa.gov/dotsafety.
In 2024, Pennsylvania experienced 1,127 traffic fatalities, a decrease of 82 over the previous year and the second-lowest total on record. Preliminary numbers for 2025 indicate another decrease.
