Senior centers at Butler, Chicora, Cranberry, Evans City, Mars, Slippery Rock, Mount Chestnut and the Southeast Center will serve these menus for the week beginning Wednesday.

WEDNESDAY — Turkey chef salad (turkey, cheddar and hard-boiled egg), tossed salad with cucumber, summer corn chowder with crackers, dinner roll and pineapple

THURSDAY — Roast beef with gravy, roasted redskins with rosemary and garlic, green beans, wheat bread and fresh fruit

FRIDAY — Rotisserie chicken with gravy, whipped potatoes with chives, mixed vegetables, biscuit and peaches

MONDAY — Chicken marsala, bow ties, brussels sprouts, wheat bread and mixed fruit

TUESDAY — Seafood salad over mixed greens with tomato and hard boiled egg, vegetable soup with crackers, dinner roll and cottage cheese and pineapple.
