Joe

Joe - "vehemently disagreed" with Cass could mean you two were married....lol.

As for your assertions about the TARP money and job creation - instead of living in a "fantasyland" created by a labor union controlled "think tank" in Harrisburg maybe you should have studied the latest information on unemployment from the Bureau of Labor Statistics. The number of unemployed for August is at 14.9 million or 9.6% - up from previous month. The number of people underemployed (involuntary part-time) is at 8.9 million, or an increase. 2.4 million people are not in the figures because they hadn't looked for work in last 4 weeks, but had looked in last 12 months. We have the 1.1 million who didn't look for work because they believe there is no work for them. Finally, we have the 1.3 million who had not searched for work in last 4 weeks because they returned to work or had family responsibilities to attend to. That totals out to 26.2 million people who are either unemployed or underemployed for about a 16% unemployment rate. Where are all those TARP jobs??? Hiding?? Because people don't seem to be able to find them.
