Police reports
The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:
Jan. 15 — Robert Steven Dillman, 32, of Mars, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a Dec. 6 traffic stop. Police said Dillman had a blood alcohol content of 0.252%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
Jan. 14 — Gregory Alan Norman, 44, of Butler, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of simple assault and disorderly conduct following a Jan. 13 incident. Police said Norman punched a woman several times in the face.
Jan. 14 — Stephanie Ann Whitling, 41, of Butler, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of simple assault and disorderly conduct following a Jan. 13 incident. Police said Whitling left scratch marks on a man’s chest and shoulders.
Jan. 8 — Christie Lynn Boby, 43, of Butler, was charged with felony retail theft following a Jan. 8 incident. Police said Boby attempted to steal $290.32 in merchandise from Target.
Jan. 9 — Milo Ray Corll, 35, of Cranberry Township, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a Dec. 30 traffic stop. Police said Corll had a blood alcohol content of 0.089%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
Jan. 14 — Andrew David Tkatch, 23, of Cranberry Township, was charged with felony burglary and one misdemeanor count each of criminal mischief and trespassing following a Jan. 14 incident. Police said Tkatch broke a basement window, entered a residence where he was not allowed and punched multiple holes in a wall.
Jan. 18 — Niyo Munderson Jackson, 32, of Seagoville, Texas, was charged with misdemeanor accident involving damage following a Dec. 16 crash. Police said Jackson struck a vehicle and left the scene.
Jan. 8 — Jeffrey Richard Jones Jr., 32, of Pittsburgh, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a Dec. 22 incident. Police said Jones had a blood alcohol content of 0.19%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
Jan. 10 — William Va McCollums, 32, of New Castle, was charged with felony strangulation and misdemeanor simple assault following a Jan. 10 incident in Clay Township. Police said McCollums struck a woman in the face, pinned her down and strangled her.
Jan. 12 — Madison Paige Ashbaugh, 21, of Chicora, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of marijuana possession and drug paraphernalia possession following a Dec. 23 traffic stop in Fairview Township. Police said Ashbaugh had 13 marijuana cigarettes and related paraphernalia.
Jan. 14 — Andrew Jonathan Bowser, 23, of Slippery Rock, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of marijuana possession and drug paraphernalia possession following a Jan. 9 traffic stop in Slippery Rock Township. Police said Bowser had about a gram of marijuana and a grinder.
Jan. 15 — Kristen Leigh Rasely, 46, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor retail theft following a Jan. 13 incident in Center Township. Police said Rasely attempted to steal $315 in merchandise from Boscov’s.
Jan. 20 — Clifton Ant Rawlings II, 33, of Butler, was charged with three misdemeanor DUI counts following a Dec. 19 crash in Jefferson Township. Police said Rawlings had a blood alcohol content of 0.164% and tested positive for THC. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
