SAXONBURG — A Friedman’s Freshmarket shopper bought a jackpot-winning lottery ticket worth $225,000.

The Pennsylvania Lottery Cash 5 ticket is from the Tuesday drawing.

The ticket, which has not been claimed yet, correctly matched all five balls, 24-27-29-36-37 to win the prize.

“Hopefully, it’s someone local,” said Jeff Geibel, assistant store manager.

A winner can be identified after the prize is claimed and the ticket validated.

Twenty-five percent of the amount will be withheld for federal tax.

Friedman’s will receive a $500 bonus for selling the ticket.

Cash 5 winners have one year from the drawing date to claim the money.
