Police reports

The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:

Butler

Jan. 6 — Jamie C. Wright, 50, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts and one misdemeanor count each of controlled substance possession and drug paraphernalia possession following a Nov. 15 crash. Police said Wright had miscellaneous pills, a crack pipe with burned residue and tested positive for cocaine.

Jan. 6 — Austin Scott, 32, of Butler, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of theft, disorderly conduct and drug paraphernalia possession following a Jan. 5 incident. Police said Scott was kicking a door, yelling outside a residence, stole medication and had a glass smoking pipe.

Jan. 12 — John Jameel Jackson, 48, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession following a Jan. 8 incident. Police said Jackson had a burned glass smoking device.

Butler Twp

Jan. 7 — Albert John Mastrocesare Jr., 41, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor retail theft following a Dec. 23 incident. Police said Mastrocesare stole almost $400 in merchandise from Walmart.

Middlesex Twp

Jan. 7 — Sarah Cather Eshenbaugh, 39, of Sarver, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a Dec. 25 crash. Police said Eshenbaugh had a blood alcohol content of 0.186%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

State police, Butler

Jan. 7 — Hunter Michael Frantz, 24, of Canonsburg, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a Nov. 21 crash in Slippery Rock. Police said Frantz had a blood alcohol content of 0.183%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

Jan. 7 — William A. Bieber Jr., 51, of Prospect, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a Jan. 3 traffic stop in Prospect. Police said Bieber had a blood alcohol content of 0.159%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

Jan. 7 — Philip Chris Mignanelli, 38, of Zelienople, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts and misdemeanor marijuana possession following a Nov. 26 traffic stop in Zelienople. Police said Mignanelli tested positive for marijuana and had marijuana in his possession.

Jan. 12 — Elijah Aaron Huellen, 38, of Pittsburgh, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of identity theft and theft following a Nov. 21 incident in Jefferson Township. Police said Huellen purchased electronics using a company Amazon account.

State police, Kittanning

Jan. 7 — Cody Allen Montgomery, 37, of Worthington, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of controlled substance possession and drug paraphernalia possession following an Oct. 13 traffic stop in Buffalo Township. Police said Montgomery had two bricks of suspected heroin.
