Butler based Ashlar Architecture & Engineering has promoted Shanda Rossi to the role of partner.
Rossi joined the firm in 2022 and has played a role in advancing the firm’s design excellence, client relationships and overall practice.
In her new role, Rossi will help guide the firm’s strategic direction, support client development and continue leading projects.
