John Martino was the UTV operator killed in the crash, according to Butler County Coroner Korynne Young. Martino’s cause and manner of death were not immediately available.

Martino graduated from the Moniteau School District in 1987.

The crash was reported just before 12:30 p.m. between the UTV and Ford Transit van.

Both vehicles showed heavy damage and were towed away from the scene by 3 p.m.

“The six people that were in the paratransit van were taken to Grove City hospital,” said Doug Dick, chief of Superior Ambulance Service. “They were all minor (injuries).”
