Police said they found Hamder conscious in the driver’s seat of the Volkswagen Jetta They said she had a major laceration on her face, and a piece of wooden debris had broken through the windshield and could be seen just above one of Hamder’s shoulders, but she was not impaled.

The passenger told police Hamder was driving them to her residence from a bar. He told police Hamder was driving north on Parkwood Drive at high speeds when she lost control and struck multiple fences before coming to a stop in the backyard.
