Pennsylvania’s Department of Military and Veterans Affairs is reminding the state’s veterans to review, update or apply for veterans’ benefits as the new year begins.

Developments over the last few years may have changed eligibility for thousands of Pennsylvania veterans, including the PACT Act of 2022, which expanded health care and disability benefits for those exposed to Agent Orange and other toxic substances.

Veterans are encouraged to sign up for Pennsylvania’s Veterans Registry to be informed of events, benefits, programs and services available to veterans and their families.
