The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:

Dec. 31 — Christian Anthony Denney, 24, of New Freeport, was charged with two misdemeanor counts of DUI following a Dec. 3 incident. Police said Denney had a blood alcohol content of 0.162%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

Dec. 31 — Kyle Stephen Prokop, 34, of Butler, was charged with four misdemeanor DUI counts following a Nov. 26 crash. Police said Prokop had a blood alcohol content of 0.11%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

Dec. 31 — Roy Howard Whitehead, 35, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor accident involving damage following a Dec. 11 crash. Police said Whitehead crashed into another vehicle and left the scene.

Dec. 31 — Kiera P. Emigh, 24, of Butler, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of controlled substance possession and drug paraphernalia possession following a Dec. 27 incident. Police said Emigh had a small tube and a small jar of suspected crack cocaine, several broken glass pipes and related paraphernalia.

Dec. 31 — Desmond Devon Simmons, 39, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault following a Dec. 27 incident. Police said Simmons shoved a woman multiple times.

Jan. 2 — Francesca Gimigliano, 46, of Butler, was charged with two felony retail theft counts and one misdemeanor count each of theft and receiving stolen property following a Dec. 27 incident. Police said Gimigliano stole $1,244.43 in merchandise from Walmart over three instances.

Jan. 2 — Nicole K. Gorden, 41, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor retail theft following a Dec. 26 incident. Police said Gorden stole $347.24 in merchandise from Walmart.
